Executive Board Members:

At our December, 2007 Consultative Meeting, we advised the Postal Service that there were violations of the Administrative Rules for NPA in that evaluators were not conducting meetings with their employees as is a requirement of the program.

The Postal Service agreed that they would advise the field of these requirements in correspondence that they would prepare. The letter is attached for your review and dissemination where there have been instances that the Administrative Rules were not followed.
